The client owns and operates a 5,600 hectare farming programme in the central Wheatbelt district of Wyalkatchem. WHEATBELT STEEL’S ANSWER
A combined workshop (24m x 26m x 8m) and machinery storage shed (48m x 26m x 8m) with parallel cord web trusses and RSJ columns. 3 x 16m clearspans were part of the design to enable clear access in and out of the shed with the large machinery. The workshop area was fully insulated with a 300mm x 10m ridge vent to keep working conditions cool. A crane monorail was also incorporated into the design to assist with workshop duties.

They give good, valuable advice and the end result was outstanding, with the erection being of the highest quality. A big credit to all involved. ”
